The Department of Foreign Languages for the Humanities, together with Professors and students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, joined the celebration of Vyshyvanka Day.
Launched by students at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University back in 2006, this day serves as a reminder that the vyshyvanka is the genetic code of the entire nation. For 20 years, this celebration has helped promote Ukrainian culture and interest in folk traditions, revive the nation’s memory, and preserve the strong bond between generations, embroidered as a talisman on the shirt. Celebrating this day demonstrates the unity and integrity of our nation.
May Vyshyvanka warm your hearts. Wear it with pride and love. Let us unite!
